I share this here because I want to be totally clear that I’m not insisting absolutely everything I’ve posted or said here is 100% infallible.
But even something like this does not change the emails I have been getting from people noting that often these people have strange behaviors that only the most method of method actors would be adhering to.
Furthermore, images like this one found on Google Maps from here in Winona wouldn’t have occurred during the shooting for something like the above.

Why would a person just sit alone? This could be a ghost being capture. Have you thought about calling the ghost busters?

People, especially older folks, sit in the park all the time. Alternatively, they could be waiting for someone.
Ghosts really isn’t a theory I’m looking into at this time.

Is a google map image really enough evidence to support this whole time traveler deal? There are lots of people out there who do weird things when they see the google car drive by.

I agree with you, there’s a lot of weird stuff on Google Maps. Still, it was worth including here because of the fact it was captured around the same time as other time traveler sighting or interaction reports were occurring.

Wow! What a cool find! The other day I was at Lake Park in Winona and saw a man dressed strangely, but I didn’t get a chance to talk to him. Maybe they know each other!

What do you think the person was doing? Carrying around a costume in their back pack in hopes the google car would drive by… There is obviously something going on in this town.

Most of the evidence gathered on this blog, like the image featured here, was gathered in September or the earliest days of October. It is unlikely it is connected to Halloween because of this.

A lot of the data being posted on the blog was gathered during September, well before anyone would think about doing things for Halloween.

I think that this is a real thing that is happening in our town right in front of our eyes!! The Recordkeeper is doing everything they can to try to bring solid evidence to light. Keep up the great work!!

This is a tough one. This does seem to be a little staged but you never know! So many weird things have been happening. Maybe someone purposely dressed up to mess with the people that fully believe there are time travelers or maybe it is a real time traveler. I guess we will just never know.

I am sure this could be a Halloween joke that students are catching onto. But, why would they personally attack my 92 year old mother-in-law? I would think students would know that’s stepping over the line. I say we start ignoring all these claims and eventually the joke/prank/government scheme will die out.
